Information Collection
Nur Host is the sole owner of the information collected on any website that is owned and operated by Nur Host. We collect information from our users at several different points on our websites.
Registration
To use certain features of our websites, a user may need to complete a registration form. During registration, a user is required to provide contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Providing demographic information (such as income level and gender) and unique identifiers (such as username and password) is optional but encouraged, as it helps us provide a more personalized experience on our site.
Nur Host Hosting Order
We request information from the user on our order or registration form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If there is an issue processing an order, we use this information to contact the user.
Nur Host User Profile
We store information collected through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create user profiles. A profile is stored information that we keep about individual users to detail their preferences. Collected information is tied to users' personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve site content. These profiles help tailor a user’s visit to our website and direct relevant marketing promotions to them. Your profile will never be shared with third parties.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is not linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies terminate once the browser is closed, while persistent cookies are stored on the user’s hard drive for extended periods and can be removed by following browser help file directions.
Nur Host Log Files
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. These include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamps, and click counts to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement in aggregate, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use in-house tracking utilities that analyze user movement.
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their username and password. Established members may receive information on products, services, special deals, and newsletters. Users can opt out of these communications by following the opt-out instructions in the communications.
Nur Host Newsletter
If a user subscribes to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Users can opt out of these communications at any time to respect their privacy.
Legal Disclaimer
While we strive to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information as required by law when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
Third-Party Intermediaries
We use third-party companies to ship orders and process payments. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for secondary purposes.
Service Providers
From time to time, we may partner with third parties to provide specific services. When users sign up for these services, we may share names or other contact information necessary for the third party to provide these services. These third parties are prohibited from using personally identifiable information for any purpose other than providing the requested services.
